So many of us are trapped by our own fears, insecurities, and doubts. My passion is working with individuals who are sick of feeling this way. I work with kids, teens, and adults (ages 3+) who are fed up with feeling crazy amounts of anxiety every day and are searching for freedom from their daily battle with fear. If a diagnosis fits for the individual, it often goes by names like obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, body dysmorphia, and others. Some common overlapping struggles that I also am experienced in navigating include hair pulling, skin picking, ADHD, and other neurodivergence. Individuals with these specific concerns might feel overwhelming sadness, fear in social interactions, or constant anxiety from intrusive thoughts. These fears can lead to avoidance of social situations, struggles with focus at work, difficulty in personal relationships, and a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. These fears might be stealing your laughter, freedom, and connection with others. I am committed to helping you navigate these complex experiences.

As a specialist in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), and play therapy, I offer specialized support for kids, teens, and adults in tackling their biggest fears that they never thought they would be able to overcome. My approach includes integrative strategies to manage OCD and related anxiety disorders. My goal is to help you regain confidence and joy.

(I also have significant experience working with individuals who have PANS or PANDAS)

You can do this

You might not feel it now, but you possess the strength to overcome challenges like OCD, anxiety, hair pulling, skin picking, or ADHD. Reclaim your freedom with my support in ACT, ERP, and play therapy. Taking the first step is tough, but together, we'll navigate it. You can do this.

  • Outside of my career as a therapist I enjoy, spending time with my animals (AKA fur babies), being outdoors climbing and camping, watching a good detective show, and hanging out with my besty / partner.
