I am in network with HMHI-BHN and will bill them directly for the services.
For other insurances, I recommend you call your insurance company and ask them if they will reimburse you for therapy services provided. Every month I provide a superbill which you can use to get reimbursed from your insurance company if they approve it.

Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long. For some play therapy sessions I will end 5 minutes early to allow myself time to clean in between sessions.

The first session is the initial intake. For adults, I will spend the session learning briefly about what brings you to therapy, some of your history, recent experiences, and goals.
For child clients, the first session is with only you the parents to discuss why you are seeking therapy for your child, their history, recent experiences, and overall goals.

I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions if possible. (We will discuss this in more detail in the initial session).
After 1-2 months we will check in and adjust the frequency based on your needs.

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time or the full fee is charged for that session.
